Every borrower will have to give details about their personal finance. These details will be helpful during loan processing.

The information so received will be recorded in manually operated or automated systems. The information will be retained for a period as required by the law. No information will be allowed unauthorised access for misuse. Information will be passed only with prior permission from the customer.

The information received from borrower is used to review application and as a search criteria by the associate lenders.

The information will be supplied only to associated companies of Loansx, any organisation of Loansx is legally bound to supply information, and any other person or organisation specifically authorised by the borrower in writing.

We may contact borrowers about details of products and services that interest him/her unless the borrower instructs us in writing not to be contacted.

Every borrower has the right to see the personal details about him available with us by paying an administrative charge for the services.

Employees of Loansx are trained on the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of customer information as well as the privacy principles described in this policy. Due to the importance of these issues, all employees are accountable for maintaining the confidentiality of customer information and any employee who offends these privacy principles will be subject to disciplinary measures.
